My classes. The classes I'm taking this fall seem very exciting and I am looking forward to them. I've already had my first class today, EDC 250, which is essentially, and internship where I help out at a Providence school. I get to work with elementary students and observe the routines of the classroom. My professor told the class that this will either solidify us wanting to be teachers, or the opposite. I haven't even experienced it yet, but I know that no matter what, I will continue wanting to be a teacher.
The other classes I'm taking are EDC 102 (to learn about the education system), HDF 200 (to learn about the early developmental stages), ENG 245 (a class where I get to watch 80's films. JOHN HUGHES.), ENG 379 (contemporary literature), and FLM 101. Awesome schedule, right?!
So that is what I will be doing for the next four months, while working on the weekends. I've made the final decision of applying to study abroad next summer, so it's time to save, save, save, and work, work, work!
Hope everyone is having a great start to their school year!
